1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Keks Log ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Keks Log is a personal intimacy tracking application that allows you to:

• Log and track intimate moments
• View statistics and patterns over time
• Optionally sync data with a partner
• Secure access with TOTP authentication

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Keks Log. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your TOTP secret
• Not share your partner sync code with unauthorized individuals
• Respect the privacy and consent of any partners you sync with
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account

5. Partner Sync Consent

When using the partner sync feature:

• You must have explicit consent from your partner before syncing
• Both parties must be aware that data will be shared
• Either party can disconnect the sync at any time
• Disconnecting does not delete previously synced data on the other device

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you create in the App. Since we don't store your data on our servers, you are solely responsible for:

• Backing up your data
• Protecting access to your device
• Any consequences of data loss

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Data will never be lost or corrupted
• The App will meet all your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of privacy
• Emotional distress
• Relationship issues arising from app use

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Track or monitor anyone without their consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
