Terms of Service

In short: be responsible with the app, respect other people's privacy, and remember that how you use your data is not something we answer for.
1. Agreeing to These Terms
Downloading, installing or using Keks Log ("the App") means you accept these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
2. What the App Does
Keks Log is an app for tracking your personal intimate life. With it you can:
- Record intimate moments and keep track of them
- Look at statistics and at patterns as they form over time
- Sync your data with a partner, if you choose to
- Protect access with TOTP authentication
3. Minimum Age
Keks Log may be used only by people aged 18 or older. In using the App, you represent and warrant that your age is 18 or more.
4. Your Obligations
As a user, you agree that you will:
- Use the App for lawful purposes only
- Keep your TOTP secret confidential
- Not give your partner sync code to anyone who is not authorized to have it
- Respect the privacy and the consent of anyone you sync with as a partner
- Accept responsibility for everything done under your account
5. Consent for Partner Sync
If you use partner sync:
- Your partner's explicit consent is required before any syncing begins
- Both of you must know that your data is going to be shared
- Either of you may end the sync whenever you choose
- Ending the sync does not remove data already synced to the other device
6. Who Owns the Data
Everything you create in the App remains fully yours. We hold a depersonalized copy so that sync can function, and we have no way of telling which entries belong to whom. You are therefore solely responsible for:
- Making backups of your data
- Keeping access to your device protected
- Whatever follows from losing your data
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide the App "as is", with no warranty of any kind. This means we do not guarantee that:
- It will run without errors or interruptions
- No data will ever be lost or corrupted
- It will satisfy every requirement you have
8. Limits on Our Liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, including, without limitation:
- Data that is lost
- Any loss of privacy
- Emotional distress
- Problems in a relationship that arise from using the App
9. What You May Not Do
The App must not be used to:
- Track or monitor another person without that person's consent
- Break any law or regulation that applies
- Infringe other people's rights
- Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the App
10. Changes to the App and These Terms
From time to time we may change the App or these Terms. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the Terms as updated.
11. Ending Use of the App
Uninstalling the App ends your use of it, and you can do that whenever you want. If these Terms are violated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App.
12. Applicable Law
Applicable laws govern these Terms and determine how they are interpreted, setting aside conflict-of-law principles.
